Yes — all bookings include real-time GPS tracking. You'll see your vendor's vehicle on a live map and receive SMS notifications as they approach.
If a vendor misses a confirmed booking without notice, you'll receive a full refund automatically. You can also rebook immediately with another vendor.
Yes. You can set weekly, bi-weekly or monthly recurring pickups from your dashboard. Pro and Business plan users get a discount on recurring bookings.
Register on the site, select "Vendor" as your account type, and complete the onboarding form. Our team will review and verify your application within 2 business days.
You'll need a valid business certificate (or sole trader proof), a copy of your national ID, photos of your vehicles and equipment, and your NEMA compliance certificate if applicable.
Payouts are processed within 24 hours of a completed job, directly to your M-Pesa or bank account. No waiting periods.
Yes. You set your own service rates. EcoWaste deducts a commission (8–12% depending on your plan) from each completed job before payout.
M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer for Business plan customers. All payments are processed securely via our payment partner.
Yes. We don't store card numbers on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and processed through PCI-compliant payment gateways.
Yes. If you cancel before the vendor departs, you get a full refund. If the vendor cancels, you also get a full refund automatically. See our full refund policy in the Terms of Service.
